From the first training session almost two years ago, I knew Jim was a different, better trainer.  He didn’t give me “the usual” first time workout with a trainer; he gave me new exercises, new ideas, and worked with me. He is a wealth of information and is always learning and applying the newest and best training techniques for the best results. Over time we have focused on different areas of my body and I love the results. Thanks to Jim my legs and booty are firmer, more shapely, and are beach ready even in December. I recommend  training with Jim to anyone who asks because he is the best. (And, trust me, I have tried out a lot of trainers before Jim.)

I wasn't even looking for a trainer. I've had trainers in the past and was never happy with the results. My daughter Melanie has been training with Jim for over a year and she had always seen great results. I had hit a plateau and had goals I wanted to reach, so I decided I'd give Jim a try. Definitely one of the best decisions I've made. Jim loves what he does and it shows. His excitement and enthusiasm makes you want to work out harder and be better. I even get motivating texts from him on my non training days! He is truly a trainer that is vested in you reaching your goals and loving yourself. Every workout...he finds a positive focus and shows you...a new tricep definition, a more slender waist, a back muscle that pops just perfect. There is no lack of inspiration. I recommend Jim to anyone that wants a trainer that pushes you to be your best.

After struggling for a long time with my running ability (or lack thereof). I was excited to find a trainer who was willing to run with me! I have been training with Jim for over a year and now I cannot imagine training with anyone else.  I started with a goal of being able to run 1.5 miles in less than 16 minutes and 30 seconds.  I went through every physical running challenge imaginable from shin splints to breathing problems and Jim was there for every step of the way.  I am happy to report now that I run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes flat. In addition to my running goal, I also wanted to be able to do a single chin-up. With Jim’s help. I was able to get that 1 chin-up and turn it into 5 over time.  The results show and they speak for themselves. Jim is an incredible trainer! He’s great at inspiring you to keep going, even on the days you don’t feel like working out.  It is evident that he truly cares about his clients.  I would recommend him to anyone looking to better themselves and reach their fitness goals.  Jim not only enjoys training but he is exceptional at what he does for people!"
